It was AMAAAZING. Granted, this was with all the clarity of being whacked out on wowie sauce, but I'd never really enjoyed my salmon furikake like I wanted to until now.

Dang, and I just ordered furikake and none of it salmon--I've been on an ochazuke kick the last couple weeks. Oh well, I'll grab some smoked salmon at the store this weekend.

Also I got a jar of that tonkotsu-noodle-flavored furikake JList is peddling now. It's pretty good.

Mmm, salmon/salmon furikake over brown rice is a staple dish for me, I love it. :9~

Really good with the salmon furikake is a drizzle of the dark/roasted sesame seed oil. A bowl of miso or even just a light, clear/brothy simple vegetable soup on the side makes it perfect.
