Vampire Diaries: Fool Me Once
Watched this week's episode of Vampire Diaries and all I have to say is: "WOW!"
I just love the roller coaster ride this show takes me on every week.
First of all, I gotta say I love Grandma Bennett! Jasmine Guy is awesome!
But damn, I so didn't want her to die, at least not this soon. Who's gonna teach Bonnie how to hone her craft now? :\
I think Katerina did a great job with that scene. I have to give her props on that.
I also loved seeing Grandma Bennett putting Damon in his place. I mean I love Damon but I also love seeing him get his @ss handed to him sometimes. It's because Damon's always so confident, so it nice to see him be brought down to earth once in a while, especially when it's buy a Bennett.
And LOL @ Jeremy doing his whole Twilight-like vampire internet search. hahaha.
One thing this episode could've done without was the whole Caroline and Matt love angst brooding thing they had going on. I thought they had resolved to make it work last episode. They were just being a bit repetitive this ep.
Ok, the whole Katherine was last seen in Chicago in 1983 thing threw me for a loop. I mean I figured that Katherine was Elena. But I'm just not sure how. I mean Elena shouldn't be Katherine's daughter because I thought that vampires couldn't have children. And Elena couldn't be a vampire because how was she able to get out of the tomb if the curse only affects vampires?
So you see, I'm thoroughly confused. But I'm enjoying the challenge of unraveling this mystery.
Can't believe the next episode doesn't come out until March!! They just had a break and only came back in January. This feels like it's gonna be a loooooooong wait. Oh well, I still have a season and a half of Gossip Girl to catch up to and I still have my LotS to look forward to. XD
