any advice on how to sleep?

.... I've developed a really bad sleep pattern, no idea how or when but can't seem to break it now.  I wake up a dozen times.. most I'll slep for is about 90minutes ..  and then wake and after 30mins / an hour doze off again and wake up not long afterwards ( Read more... )

Years ago, I mentioned to someone that I was having trouble sleeping, and she asked if I was wearing socks to bed. I wasn't, so she suggested that I start. Her theory was that if your feet are cold, it keeps you up, even if you don't really notice. As crazy as it sounded, it actually worked for me.

how do you feel about trying some St Joans Wort? My GP prescribed me with some a few months ago, because I kept having vague complaints and illnesses. I picked the tablets up but then stopped taking them after a few days because I was afraid they'd mess with my birth control. BUT, making a long story short, it's supposed to improve your sleep, and help with your general mood aswell.
