So are you strictly anime!Farf or will there be what manga!Farf there is thrown in as well? Cause if you look at the manga. Farf spends ALL of it in a straight jacket. XD I love me the crazies.

I think you do an awesome job. Farf is definitely not an easy character to play. Kudos. ♥

Yeah, I'm going with anime!Farf for the most part. I thought about manga!Farf when I typed this since yeah *icon*, but the manga was, I'll be the first to admit, a very small part of my Weiss experience beyond 'ooooooooo pretty pictures!' when I first got into it. XD At this point, I think reading any translations of AaaWS will just throw me as far as characterization is concerned, since from what I remember he was in that room because he cut at stuff all the time which is what I'm trying not to have him not do, but time will tell I suppose.

I know very, very little about Weiss, only what I have gleaned from Omi and Tot really. So this was interesting to read, even though I was probably not your target audience.

Personally, I think you don't need to worry so much. People aren't shy if they think something is going amiss character-wise. I'm pretty certain you'll be clued in if you're wandering too far off the garden path. And the fact that you are so concerned is usually a good indication that you'll stay in-character. So yeah. Of course, it's easy to say one shouldn't worry; it's another entirely to actually stop worrying!

Nah, this was for everyone, since I can't well write this in the canon portion of an app. XD;;;

I'm trying not to, and I've certainly been given no reason to worry thus far, but the fanon is strong in Weiss, and the canon is even more screwed up drama CD's? What are you talking about? Of course they DON'T EXIST, so I couldn't help myself but be a little worried over how people expected his character to be.

I don't know your canon, but I think with everything you've written above you've shown how serious you are in making Farf work, and really, I think that's about 99% of the battle right there.

I wouldn't worry too much about Farf lasting, either. The longer he's in camp, with the fantastic situations that go on here, the more he'll *have* to grow and adjust. That growth may seem OOC at first, but you have to consider camp in there. We've had a number of characters here that, in general, really weren't meant for wide camp interaction who have adjusted wonderfully. I think, once you get comfortable with things, you'll be surprised at how Farf does his adjusting with little thought from you. XD And of course, most people here are happy to help out and such, so you can give any of us a yell if you need some help, or a plot to do a character adjustment or what have you.
