dad returned from japan having had a wonderful time. he didn't pass his rank test but he said he did very well form-wise but he hit right above the target on both his arrows. he brought home a fashion mag for me and a hello kitty doing the kyudo forms towel for asuka! :D she loves it. I would definitely sell as much as possible before returning and also ship whatever you can. Some people even shipped their bow to Japan and then back to America and although I don't know the fee I didn't hear any complaints.
