nice! both this cake and the stout cake looked really good. you're going to have to have a party one of these days to present all these foods or something -_^. i like how you've started putting down the ingredient amounts as you go along too.
Yeah, I figured it'd be wrong for a cooking show to rush through it so fast without saying clearly what ingredients goes where, so I decided to put in instructions as subs just in case people actually do try to cook the same way I do, heh.
But yeah, I doubt I'd be putting in ingredients when I experiment again with the non-dessert Tom Lin Projects, although I have a pretty good idea for your walnut crispy chicken already (Yes, alcohol included, since that's my signature mark now...)
