“Come on, relax, it’s dark, no one would recognize you.” I glared at the man beside me. I can’t believe I got to his trap again.

“Yeah, easy for you to say, you just need to jolt out your chin and you’re save.” I snapped my hand out from his. Not just because I was mad but also the fact that there might be unnecessary hysteria if people found us like that. I walked away as fast as this damned yukata could bring me to the small crowd in front of me. It was the crowd that made me fall to his trap over and over again.

“You’re not having your arguments right son?” I shook my head immediately when I saw my mother-in-law turned back at us. I bet she had heard all the words we said back then. I sneaked up in between the four adult, hoping no one would actually recognize my distinct face. I smiled at my nephew, adorable 2 years kid that somehow got attached with me eversince I was just dating his uncle. I lifted the boy and carried him like I liked to do, hearing his giggle next to my ear.

“yay, we go matsuri uncle, I like matsuri, you like uncle too?” I laughed at his words. It must be run in this family’s man, they rarely got correct words out, the reason I took over the talking part on camera for leader. I kissed the boy’s cheek, hiding my face behind his round cute head as I aware two girls were looking at our direction.

“Isn’t Matsumoto Jun?” one of them asked the other, low whispered that was too loud that I still can hear.

“What? The one with kid? You just biased, girl. No freaking way MJ holding a kid. He hates kids.” The other laughed at her friend and to my relieve took her away before any of them could actually recognized me. I smiled internally thanking those gossip magazines, inhaled deeply, smelling the baby’s scent into my nostril.

‘come on Jun, it’s a festive, full of people busy with their own, no one will see you there, mom and dad want us all go as family, there will be fireworks.’ Those were the lines he told me before I finally agree to go. But now I can’t help feeling someone would actually recognize me, or even worse, the family I am with.

A pop of colors in dark sky above us brought the boy in my arms squeal delightedly, bring me to laugh seeing his face lighten up. I let him struggling down and run to his grandparents.

“still mad?” I looked at my right to see him had stood beside me. I turned completely to fix his yukata and he let me. He really knew how to handle me and get whatever he wants from me. I just kept silent, circling my hand back to his once again as we leaned to the tree looking up at the burning fireworks. There were always fireworks in every Arashi’s concert, full of lights and luxury, compared to those, this one looked more modest, but I don’t think I ever looked something as beautiful as now. Well it might be worth to fall into his trap beside Ohno Satoshi is the wicked man I love anyway.
