I've chronicled the painfully slow progress I've been making on my 2nd-ever knitting project here and here. These posts are dated in March of 2011 and February of 2012, so when I say slow, I really, really mean it. In fact, I've been calling the ruana I've been working on the Never-Ending Project. Ooh, very nice! :D Good job on everything. The cables turned out ridiculously well. :) Don't worry about the length. By the time winter gets here (if we actually get one this year), you'll be glad for the coverage.

Thanks! I'm going back and forth on whether I can actually do the cables on this next project or if I need a stepping stone to them. Will have to get my aunt to give an opinion--she's the one teaching me to knit.

That's beautiful!

And it is NOT that slow to finish a huge project like that in less than 2 years, especially if you're not a daily obsessive junkie X)
