After watching the first episode of the new Emma adaptation, I couldn't resist making some icons :) Emma is not my favourite Austen novel, but I actually quite liked it - Romola Garai makes a good Emma (better than Gwyneth Paltrow at least), although I believe Mr Knightley will have to grow on me this time. I know I shouldn't be comparing Jonny Lee

Beautiful work!! I have saved 12,17 and 20 to my costume_awards folder.

I am not liking this adaptation at all though:/

I quite liked the first two episodes, but I know it's not the perfect adaptation, far from it actually. But Romola Garai's Emma is already better than Gwyneth Paltrow's imo, so I'm happy about that at least :)

For me it is just going downhill, but there are still three episodes left:)Yes, she is better than Gwyneth, but for me that is obvious because she is acts SO much better than her. I am actually quite dissapointed:/
I think I never can keep my expectations on a realistic level^^
