Chocolate and Zucchini, a belated birthday gift from my friend Julie, I made my first ever soft-boiled egg for lunch. I had to improvise an egg cup, but a little Christmas shot glass in the breakfront served admirably well. I love soft boiled eggs. Had them a lot when I was a kid, with buttered toast cut into strips. We called them 'soldiers'.
