After a ridiculously long hiatus, I've finally gotten this chapter finished-- or I should really say, half-finished, because it's going to be in two parts. But I figured I'd kept faithful readers waiting far too long already and it was time to post an update, even if short. So consider this part one. I promise I won't keep you guys waiting so

Thank you! As for your question, go back to the previous chapter! (If you mean Niall Gordon, he's in the bookshop because he owns it.) If you don't remember, it's really my fault for letting the fic languish so long between updates. Sorry!

And yes, absolutely, the estate agent is just like those ridiculous "Housewives Of..." women. She has nothing on Hermione! Luckily, Draco knows that. :-)
