We went on a bug hunt today.  :)  Very entertaining.  Jackson would walk ahead and look at a random spot on the ground very intently with his magnifying glass and then declare, "NO BUGS" and move on. Caden would go to the exact spot Jackson just was and declare the same thing for himself.  This lasted until we got to the entrance of Tryon Creek.

I find that a lot of times people older than me really respect my ideas and opinions because I am younger - certainly there are those who don't, and they tend to be vocal, but once I get to know the people I'm around I find that there tend to be more people who appreciate what I have to say quite a bit. Being the youngest by a fair margin can be an awesome opportunity, so don't let it get to you!

My book writing class was really interesting - I think I am sharing your excitement :-)

Duh Leslie, who would want to find bugs on a bug hunt. They're terrifying and probably would have had the same reaction as the preschooler you're taking care of.

I like psych. I think you will too. Older people seem to forget that they were our age once, which is dumb.
