Happened onto Spice a few days ago, started reading and could not put down my ipad. Very Bad but oh so good! Exceptional! Characterizations are spot on from my perspective, and the descriptive writing is truly the best I've seen. Thanks totally from the bottom of my Trekkie heart!

Eimeo, I totally finished the whole thing. Now very sad :( You really have a great way writing the emotional aspects of Spock and Kirk, and your scene descriptions were absolutely stunning. I could have kept reading this fic for as many years as you wanted to keep writing it. Seriously. What am I gonna do now? Do you have a faves list, by the by? Can't wait for you to write more. LOVE LOVE LOVE the longer fics. I may be inspired to write too but have only just dabbled. Spock and Kirk are my fam going back to when I was 9yo. So, it's a little late in the day to post this (the story having finished in November), but it would be remiss of me not to thank you for sharing such a wonderful story. It's practically perfection. Stunning! I've loved every word of it, and I'm so happy you posted a download so that I can put the story on my e-reader :)

I hope you do write more in the Spice universe, as I'd love to read more.

Stars! I love this fic! I download the entire thing and it is glorious! Although, I can't seem to access the fan mix... why is that? Do you happen to have another link for the playlist? I'd love to DL it so I can listen while reading the story. Yes, I'm still not done, it's a novel. LOL!

Hi! I'm so glad you've enjoyed it. Unfortunately, you're right and it looks like the fanmix doesn't exist anymore - apologies for that. I'm not sure if veta_black is still active in fandom; I'm not so active myself anymore, and I can only assume that there was a problem with the hosting where the fanmix was stored. I'll put a note on the fic's info to say that the mix itself is no longer available but the listing is still on kirkspock, so it might be possible to put together a Spotify playlist or similar?

Oh, yeah, I'm sure that can be done. Spotify's always an option. Though I really wanted to download it, since I don't have a Spotify account, and so that I can listen to it anywhere, internet or no. :) Thanks for the info, though.
