would someone please explain to me the logic of half-assed IT work? why, in all their infinate wisedom, would a consultant not do a complete job installing, checking, and documenting new software or a new user? why would they sacrifice quality of service (IN A SERVICE_ORIENTED JOB) and quality of end-user experience in an effort to save, what?
