Calmly.
When I am gone, I will have no power to influence what people say about me anymore. People will get things wrong. It will be substantial. Think of the things people already get wrong. I hope they will at least realize how hard I tried. Or maybe it doesn't matter.

Lacking
I need more than this. More than a job, more than things taken the wrong way, more than cheerful conversations about nothing much. Where's the meaning? Why am I not talking more about things that matter? What matters? Why am I not composing?

I was up at 8:30, so I thought I'd take the first bus to Halifax after all. That is, until Mom reminded me that there wouldn't be much of anything open on Good Friday in case I ended up just hanging around Halifax for the afternoon. So far I have three places to see.
