Well things are going very well on the weight loss front. I was away dog sitting the whole of last week. Just got home last night. But it seems that while I didn't do anything special or new other than trim my calorie intake I have lost, in 10 days, Exactly 5 lbs. That's half a pound a day. Today, April 5 2011 I'm starting my journey to lose 100 lbs in 1 year. Without cheating and cutting off my legs. Though I am cheating a little I'm calling it 100 lbs in 1 year, but I weigh 290.8 as of 9 am this morning. My goal is 220 lbs in a year from today. Ahhh Scotland is great. Spent yesterday hanging with my Brother and doing the castle thing, and the pub drinking thing. Today it's off to Edinburgh to the castle then off to London for a few days to putz about before coming back to Scotland..

all in all I"m enjoying myself.

Well I'm in Scotland, and the tale of woe continues. They closed the runways on takeoff in Toronto due to torrential downpoars so all planes had to take off and land on just one runway.
