Weekly Update: HTML, FLUTD and Ethical Insurance Dilemmas

Well, it seems silly to have a journal and NEVER write in it, so I thought perhaps I would do a Monday update. This might be the only Monday update or it might become a weekly thing. :)

It seems possible that I might even use this as an opportunity to improve my very weak html skills.

Yah, I read this WAY late in the game :) I hope your kitties are doing better by now (because otherwise your kitties and you would have been suffering for nearly a year...)! I work for a vet and have a kitty with FLUTD. It's not as common in female kitties, it's actually rather rare, but not unheard of. Male cats get it much more often. Their urethra is more narrow, and they can get a crystal in there and become 'blocked.' There is a surgery to widen the urethra, hence the $2,500. And a prescription diet can usually solve the problem if caught soon enough
