Just something about the whole hurricane thing..
Women are holding their dead babies because the government wasnt fast enough. Im not the biggest fan of small children, but WHAT THE FUCK GOVERNMENT. We can go help another country faster than we can help ourselves..? What does this say about the bush administration, you ask?
The president wasn't available for comment because he was on vacation. (since he has the most vacation days EVER for a president)
I think its terrible that our government can help other nations people before its own. I bet Bush is laughing his ass off in the oval office because it doesn't matter what he does now, he doesn't have to worry about getting re-elected. There are dead people in wheel chairs covered in blankets, and people on the streets. The military are threatning to attack those looting and pillaging food marts and grocery stores. Heres a clue, army boys. The reason they are still raiding these food outlets is because you cant get your sorry asses in gear and feed these people!
Hell, even MEXICO is sending a huge caravan of water treatment plants and mobile kitchens capable of feeding 7,000 people a DAY. And what has the US given? a $2k debit card, false hopes, and high gas prices. It seems to me like whoever is running the show here is a little stupid. Its also pissing me off about how these politicians are handling everything. I forget who it was, but I heard from somewhere that one said "Poor Russia is sending the US money. What does the Rich US need from Poor Russia?". That really pisses me off, especially when we are handing out DEBIT CARDS THAT PEOPLE CANT USE BECAUSE THE CITY IS GONE instead of food. Personally, I'd rather recieve food first before my debit card, because now all the people are going to do is go buy food from other locations that the government should be passing out in the first place. I really hope that we learn that the BUSH FAMILY is not a good family for presidents. Apparently Mr. Bush "knows how the people must feel" when he rides in a helicopter back to his oval office which is kept at a comfortable 78 degrees with a hot cup of coffee waiting for him on his desk. Way to go Bush. Way to go.
