yeap i was thinking of writing about koyama being all hyped up and trying to find a name for his baby.. Twin?? Hmm, good idea... *the wheels in my head are turning*

It's a good story :P I love it...
But maybe you should describe the situation more.
Something like... the doctor is very surprised and doesn't know what to say at first. And than he says that it is very strange and this had never happened before.
And than that he is pregnant. He had to come back every week [or something like that] to controle the baby [or baby's don't know what you had in mind]. And that he had to be very careful, because the doctor doesn't know if the baby can handel it to be in the tummy of a man.
And than is Shige very worried about the baby... He asks if it is even possible for him to be pregnant xD

Sorry, if you don't like it, it's your story and I'm only giving advice ^.^
But it's a nice story :P It's very funny and I will wait for the next chapter :)
