Wedding goodness - finding the dress!

October went by in an almighty blur. Prague!
The adventure of the fall was a trip to Prague with my mother. She had, for some years, been saying that she "needed to see Prague before I die!" I finally told her that if she really did want to see Prague, she just needed to tell me that she wanted me to take her to Prague. She said, "fine, take me to Prague!" So I did. :)

Late spring and Summer

Updates continue - Home purchase!
So, right before I fled the country to Turkey for a lovely Spring Break with whymc, I sold my house to my #1 apprentice. Almost immediately after the Mister and I returned from Istanbul, newly betrothed, we bought a house in Sun Prairie, a suburb just north of Madison. I ran across this this evening and it really speaks to me. I love being a party hostess and all the preparationa and anticipation involved. :) Family Thanksgiving in just a few weeks, then I can start planning the birthday party!
