Dude that is insane. How is this done? Typical you would learn how to make sherbert after you've moved states :-D

it was really simple. Icing sugar, citric acid, tataric acid and jelly crystals of any flavour. Just keep adding them all 'till it tastes right. Well that's what I did.

Oh and don't lick the spoon and then put it back in ... things get crazy fizzy.
