Summer Time
I took some photos today to remind sarahshevett how nice it can be here sometimes. Once December rolls around again and we are living in rainland, it can seem like the sun will never come out again. It could not have been nicer here today (except for the lack of December style surf of course).

It's August... just short of harvest for Seyval Blancs. I came to "see you" on livejournal. I really like this better than facebook which can be really jerky.... but here you are. WHAT WONDERFUL PHOTOS. THEY REFLECT THE JOY OF YOUR LIFE... YOU ARE SO LUCKY. I know you work hard to make that joy happen... it isn't just chance. I love your bridge and Sarah and her critters are wonderful! And you are a very handsome guy!
Alex is here for a bit???? Just happened out of the sky.... a spontaneous call from his inner soul to come to the farm??? He's learning to help in the vineyard. He said he wanted to work, and that's what we have. Lots and lots of unpaid labor for a young man wishing to find himself.
The grapes are wonderful this year... abundant and really pretty. I'll try to get some photos.
