So, I accepted a promotion at work last week. I will be moving to a different factory (assembly) to become a coordinator (second level supervisor*) in a couple weeks. It is a salaried position and is a great opportunity. The hours are longer, but it is a position I wouldn't be offered for years, normally, and so I really felt the need to accept. I
