I like it overall, although I'm not sold on the color of the jeans. Maybe a little bluer.

I like it! He looks a wee bit gray on my screen though (b-but my screen is not compatible with other screens often OTL)

It's definitely the shadowing what's missing! Also, the lighting in the anime. See how L's shirt isn't quite white in the anime icon, and the colors in the background. It might also help to soften the lines a bit, have them stand out a little less.

I'm thirding the grayness of his skin. I noticed it at home, and it's really obvious on this computer. You might try upping the saturation of his skin just a little bit. It should fix that no prob.

Also seconding (or thirding) the shadows. They're missing and it's really flat without them.

Otherwise you're just a much more ambitious person than I. ♥
