I hadn't really planned on being online at 4.15am. But I woke up hungry, and there is no such thing as a quick snack at the moment. As all eating has to be followed by a hot saltwater rinse :\. So I may as well do something in between raiding the fridge... -

I'm feeling a bit blank-and-staring-at-a-wall like. I had two teeth extracted from my bottom jaw on Wednesday - the 1st molar on the left side and the wisdom tooth on the right. Well I was going to take advantage of our Sunday trading thingo today and go out shopping, but I lapsed into dithering about stuff. And now there's only 10 minutes to closing time and it takes me at least half an hour to walk to where I wanted to go, so not going today obviously ( Read more... ) -

Have been doing a fair amount of stuff lately even if I don't write about it. Things such as reading (Anne Rice & Terry Pratchett), watching DVD's, much doodling, and lately I have become hooked on crochet (no pun intended)... -

Today's online plan was to pay my phone/isp bill. Except that the site has locked me out until I manage to remember which of my many usernames and passwords they accept. Blah... -

all I want to do these days is sleep. I'm in need of groceries, and posting things and checking my po box and I 'should' be writing letters to let my penfriends know I'm still alive, but all I really want to do is curl up in bed and sleep. -

I've decided that I'm going to view it as an exciting opportunity to sort through my stuff, rather than be negative and fearful about it. So far it's having an interesting effect on how I organise things :) -

In late August '08 a piece of spyware managed to get past my usually efficient security programs, and bam whammo! buggered up this computer very neatly :(. I've kindof blanked out the reasons why it took so long to get anything done to it (??), but eventually I engaged the help of a techno savvy friend and voila! I am back online as of today. I am still playing "PackRat" though not as obsessively. Have rediscovered the joys of being awake during the day, the novelty of waking up early (6.30am seems the usual time), and the curiousities of housework ;-)...
