Every now and then, I have the urge to shout, "Rivets, we must have rivets!"

A friend's girlfriend who got mono was told no sex. Also, that's totally how you contage it, if that's what you have.

I'm glad you're feeling better. Think you'll be up for a visit tomorrow?

I'm glad that you had to look up "contage" in order to figure out that it's not a real word. General acceptance is the first step towards it making it into the dictionary.

Am very sad as well. Any chance of you making it up to Northampton before you go back to school? How long are they keeping you here?

I'm looking at until sunday...the problem is that I don't have a car, so I need the cooperation of my parents. My dad would be happy, I think...but at the moment they're all about this "rest" thing, and don't want to see me doing anything. I'm driving myself crazy, and am contemplating taking up RUNNING or some such nonsense. I feel my muscles are all withered away. and that is sad.

Holy shit. I totally remember the whole cheesy "the whore" thing in the closet. Oh, man. Heart of Darkness. Oh, snap. Mrs. McShane and AP english.

oh snap, indeed! i'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers that. I'm also amazed that I have no idea which symbol I had to illustrate - I only remember scott's and elina's (very memorable) one.

i have to say, I kind of miss AP english. those were the days.

those were the days indeed. wasn't the fat man eating something giant? didn't scott also make weird faces? that maybe looked like a pancake?

i slightly remember the jig. but also remember not being able to stand the book...blah! such a tough read.

glad you're feeling better. will i see you sometime soon?

there was definitely a pancake face. and god, in love with that book. so.

i'm heading back to annapolis sunday, but then i'm back in WMASS for spring break - and RESTING. so, unless you're also back up here, probably not!
