But with my ex I felt as if she died. Out of nowhere, she pulled the plug. I had pieces of her all over my home. Her hairs were all over my floor. Her scent was still on my pillow. There was no her, and she was out of my life... as if she died. I went on dates only to be amused and entertained and for a sponge for my grieving over my loss. I totally feel your pain, Erin. I am so sorry you have lost someone so special to you. I've not experienced death, but I have experienced unexpected loss. My heart goes out to you and hope you can find happiness soon. I know all too well what a broken heart feels like. However YOUR broken heart has nothing to do with him.
How did he pass away?

That was a very nice note.... I'm trying very hard to handle things... but there is still a part of me that has died or been turned off! And I can't get it to turn back on!
...we are still waiting for toxicology results... hopefully it wasn't self infliceted.. I don't know if I could handle that.
