Listen, man, there is a guy here to whom I teach voice, and their band (who is really hot around here and is aspiring to go on tour and really do it - fabulous musicians) just got rid of their lead singer for 'not having the right drive'. Anyway, I know that you are suuuuuuuuuch a good musician and singer - anyway, their style is very ecclectic and I told Michael, the drummer and my student - about you and he was REALLY interested. And he would like to call you to talk with you to see if you are at all interested. These are really good guys, good musicians, and it seems like, from where I'm standing, that this would be like sooooo perfect, you know? Just maybe, worst case scenario, another good Arkansas contact. Do you ever feel like God is calling you to Arkansas? I'm not saying that God is, but there's just so much stuff calling your name here. =) Anyway, if you will give me your cell (you can email it if you like instead of lj-ing it) and let me give it to him. Just to talk with him and explore. Exploring never hurt ( ... )

wow, you really think I'm that talented?
I'm all about the band thing. I've been in 5 or 6 bands here doing everything from playin guitar and singing, to being the lead tamborine player. I'd love to be out in Arkansas, and there seem to be more and more things hinting out that way for me to check into things, but not until next semester at least. I'll definately send my number to your email, but I dont' know if I'm the guy this band is lookin for.

My friend has an acoustic electric taylor that cost him about 2 grand. Wow, that thing is amazing. He's not selling it or anything so this post is prolly pointless. OH well, just thought i'd share.
