When I was yougner, I lived in Edcouch. It was a small neighborhood that I lived in, yet it was quaint. I traveled back to 409 E. Victoria recently and the sight of my old house brought back millions of memories that were lost in the move to Edinburg 12 years ago. I get those feelings every time I drive out to winter-quarters. My aunt and uncle, grandparents and my family used to live together out there with parked carnival rides everywhere. Open field, golf carts and four wheelers... Everyone moved away after we sold the carnival except for the grand'rents. Its almost like a ghost town. Old trucks, a huge empty barn and a few broken rides. Some family bought our mobile home so now there's just an empty lot.
