Poll

Since I'm not a paid member, it will have to be an old school poll. Please reply with your answers.

I am considering erasing any mp3 on my computer that I do not either own or have downloaded legally. Should I do this?

As you well know, I did it and haven't regretted it. Basically it's come down to if I want it enough to need to listen to it, then I can buy it, otherwise I can happily live without it.

In the end, do it if you want to. It's kind of an internal thing. If you think you ought to, then do it. If you do it because you think it is something you could do but don't really believe it, then yeah, you might regret it.

I'm with Gordner on this one. I actually contemplated the same thing a few months back and have made the switch.

I still have some of the downloaded songs on my computer but I don't listen to them. They're seperated out of playlists but they're there to remind me what I'm missing / what I should get next. It's a lot of money to switch in one shot so they're my reminders.

I agree somewhat, I think its a good idea but doing it in 1 sweep is too drastic. Just leave things as they are and if theres songs you really like go buy the cds or if its just 1 song buy it off itunes for a buck, thats what i've started to do for singles.

Don't do it. Or rather, what reasons even bring you to consider that?
