definitely, hookah's just acroos the river from sac state. I would have to burn the tangerine peals, half fry, under pressure, any suggestions?

it's not so much a need as it is an abundance of. I was trying to figure out what to do with this abundance and when polishing a bead with rasta biproduct I thought, wait a minute... Tangerine peals!
