Wherein I answer questions. Difficult ones
So shakespeare did this, and I wanted too as well. If anyone on my flist wants 5 topics/questions to answer, give me a comment saying so and I will give you just that :)
1. Favourite comic storyline and why. XD
Yeesh... There are so many great comic storylines, a lot of comics to choose from, and a lot of universes(Marvel and DC to mention just two). I actually needed to think about this really hard, but the first thing that hit me when I read this question did end up being my choice, and that, is Civil War.
Civil War is a newer storyline from Marvel, that expands across all their comic books, and it's pretty darn massive if you're going to read all the tie-ins and main storyline, spanning 106 comics from start to finish. It's massive, it's angsty, it's gorgeous in so many ways, and is fondly known as The Divorce for Steve/Tony shippers. Or well, I wouldn't call it fondly but anyhow. And while Civil War itself is brilliant, the entire aftermath of the storyline, that sometimes still shines through, gives me chills in the best ways. I recommend it to everyone, but I advise that it is a very hit or miss storyline. Many love it, many hate its guts.
2. Day or night?
NIGHT. Probably the easiest question to answer for me, lol. I love the night, it's when I do my best work in many areas, and it's just something about the quietness that I love. It's actually kind of strange, because I have a lot of nightmares, so at times I am really afraid of the dark. But sitting quietly in the night in a dark room? I love it.
3. If you could have the ability to change into any animal at will, what would you choose and why? (It can only be one)
I think my animal would be some kind of hawk. A smaller, but extremely quick hawk who is a brilliant flier. I would love to just soar high above the ground, feeling like the top of the world. That would be my peace I think.
Though if I could be a fantasy animal, I would be a phoenix. A big, bright, brilliant phoenix. Cause I would love to just rise from the ashes.
4. Would you want to be the hero or nefarious villain of the story?
I would probably be a little bit of a mix, but mostly a villain. Like the nefarious villain, that sometimes helps out the heroes because noone else gets to play with the heroes but me. I would be the posessive villain who got pissed off anytime some other lower villain got MY heroes attention, lol. And I would probably flirt riddiculously with the heroes as well just to get them flustered. I do love getting people flustered.
5. What's the one thing you would tell people about you to help them get to know you?
I would tell them that I'm not as cold and aloof as I seem. That even if I seem uninterested, it's just because I have been hurt, badly, and because of that I prefer to just sit back the tiniest bit to get a feel for how he or she is. And most importantly, that getting though that wall; it's worth it.
