Is an amazing series. Im gonna go on a little nerd speech on how much I love it. All the others, exept TNG, pale in comparison - I made a mistake in neglecting it over the summer when I got into my Star Trek frenzy

I've been a huge Trekkie since birth. I think TNG came out in 1987, so I watched Star Trek nonstop from birth to Voyager (because the series overlapped). All were awesome series. TNG still has to be my favorite though.
TOS, while classic, is a bit too old for me. There's something about old sci-fi that make me laugh and I just can't take it seriously.
Enterprise was fucking terrible. The parallels to 9-11 were horrendous and painfully obvious. It wasn't compelling or interesting in any way. I watched the first season before I gave up on it.
Most Enterprise episodes aren't that great, and it probably is the weakest series out of all of them, but it does have it moments, especially in the later seasons. It just needed a little bit of time to find itself - and honestly, I think it was canceled prematurely. Given more time it might have lived up to something better. The best episodes Ive seen are in the fourth season. Some are quite good. I'd say you should give it another chance.
Interesting. I trust your judgment, so I might hop on DC++ to see if I can find it.
Also, have you heard about the new Star Trek movie? I don't know if you're a fan of the Star Trek movies, but I like all of them except the last two. This newest one is being directed by JJ Abrams though (he did Alias and Lost) so I'm very optimistic.
Get "In A Mirror, Darkly". Its a two parter that takes place entirely in the Mirror Universe (I trust you know that is). They even have alternate intros. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. They are the best Enterprise episodes Ive seen. Let me know what you think.
Also, yes I have heard about the new movie, and I'm looking forward to it.
