My easy day at work got ruined by a careless end user. No need to bore you with details, but some rocket scientist end user fubar'd part of the system on Saturday which we didn't find out about until this morning. It kept me from twidling my thumbs and browsing the internet on the company's dime as I had intended on doing all day.
