I had my annual review at work last week. Got a salary bump and a bonus. Bigger bonus than I have had in the past. Apparently it was a good year for the overall group. I immediately added another couple of % to my 401k deduction. With the salary increase it wont be missed, and compound interest is a beautiful thing. My funds averaged almost 15%
