Of course Dean trusted Lisa. Never a doubt in my mind and a perfect way for this fic to end. I hadn't heard of this syndrome either, but it is indeed a fitting illness for Dean to have given that his heart and soul had passed with Sam jumping in that damned hole.

Lisa was perfect here. Ever patient and a great strength for Dean. I love it how she puts her foot down with Dean and insists he stay at the hospital and tells him that he doesn't have to be alone. She and Ben were the perfect healing balms for Dean and he sorts his way through his grief over Sam. And what a sight to behold, Dean trying some techniques with yoga. Just perfect.
