Yes. 'Well' is a pretty good one-word estimation of how I'm doing. If I had to pick only one word to descibe how I'm doing, 'well' would be in that list of the top five that I just can't choose between. Also in the list would probably be 'wittolly,' 'litotic,' 'jehnic,' and 'eoan,' but only after research. 'Lasciviously,' and 'scaphocephalic' would be close to making the list, not because they pertain to my life, but because they're cool words.
I'm glad to hear you're doing well, even if you are lonely. I hear (much to my chagrin) that it doesn't get better as life goes on. It turns out human beings are naturally lonely creatures, and the sooner we get used to feeling alone, the better-adapted we will be. Unfortunately, I've found that to be true. Either way, you're a sensible, strong person. You know not to let it bother you, or to do something about it, if you can.
