It's many hours later (8:45pm here) and still raining. The streets are awash with water, it's flippin' freezing and I'm sitting in a nice warm internet café, hiding from the outside and drinking hot chocolate. That sounds exactly like what we are experiencing at home at the moment - non-stop rain! With the one, very important, difference that I can sleep in a warm bed tonight rather than the back seat of a car which is quite possibly cold. The hot chocolate idea sounds good though - I might copy that after dinner. And just in case you have forgotten by the time you get back - in England you can't turn left at a red light!
