Life on the road...

So...it's been a long few days since I wrote anything here, so you can expect a long entry (not so good for those who need to get to work, but I'm sure they can manage their own time without me telling them what to do). I'm currently sitting in shorts, trainers and t-shirt, slightly sunburnt, in the rather posh lounge of the rather posh Ahwahnee

Wow, that IS long. You can read it in chapters or something. I think I've decided to leave Yosemite tonight, and do a Californian road-trip back down to Orange across the next few days - I can check out the charmingly-monikered 'Death Valley', maybe see San Francisco and the Golden Gate bridge...who knows? Maybe even knock on Arnie's door!

Very long but definitely worth reading! And a nice start to a day of work or indeed a whole 2 weeks of work. It sounds like I'd rather be in that beautiful place with the water falls compared to the hospital I seem to be stuck in for the majority of my day. But I guess I'll have to content with the pictures when you get back.
Life isn't quite as exciting here, apart from the novelty of an almost empty house, which is great and really good fun.
I hope you didn't get fined the $250 - you might as well sleep in a comfortable bed in a posh hotel for that.
Well, don't get too close to the bears - even though you're not a berrie, they might still like you.
