What is a friend?

Lately I feel so distant from everyone with the exception of my cousins who are thousands of miles away from me as I'm typing this. It's good to be distant sometimes. People can't hurt or disappoint you when you are. This is not meant to be a depressing entry. I'm quite fine at the moment. I'm just realizing how truely cliche even some friends
