I saw the CUTEST place today in the most amazing location. Newly done-up inside, in the best possible location (near a great brewery, walking distance to the beach, 2 blocks from a yoga center) with a patio covered by a honeysuckle vine and a really nice backyard perfect for having a fire pit and a few chairs

As in how would I decorate? Oh, if only I had the coin to do that... Probably gonna get all my furniture off Craigslist - maybe put in a tiny, low maintenance Mediterranean garden that requires little to no water, since I'm pretty sure the city is going to start rationing this summer, and I want to build a fire pit. Other than that, simple and cheap is about all I can afford right now. I'm hopefully going to be living for 4-5 years in wherever I end up, so it would be nice to decorate, but its just not feasible with my budget - rent is such a crime here!
