Yes, I find it's subtle but efficient.
And if you take your time, it's not really hard to done it. Maybe the right hand is more difficult...? If you've got a friend near you, you can use it for the right had ^_^

For me, it looked like a branch full of sakura too. I think about test pink in base, brown for the branch and keep white for flower. You can look the tutoriel; Tartofraise had used little pearls inside her flowers. But I' begin in nail-art, so I haven't all items for do it. Maybe soon!
