Batman drabbles:

"And that's how I got out of Arkham," Ivy concluded her tale, turning to the Scarecrow. "You know, Crane, you've haven't yet told me how you broke out."
"Oh, that's a story for another day, my dear," the Scarecrow laughs, calling the Penguin over. "Could we get a nice wine for our recently freed woman."
"Certainly," the Penguin quickly smiles, loving the idea of another regular customer, and the future profits she would provide.
Something registers as being a little off, and Poison Ivy stands up, coming around to the Scarecrow. She rests her hands on his shoulders. “Come on, Crane,” she asks again, rubbing his shoulders, getting faint amounts of her plant’s venoms on his shirt. “I told you my story, now you tell me yours.”
The Scarecrow, stands up, and shakes his head, glancing at his wrist. “I’m afraid that’ll have to wait, Ivy,” he states. “I have an appointment shortly. Please, enjoy the wine.” Without another look, he heads out of the bar. A car pulls up for him and he climbs inside.
A few moments later, out of sight of the bar, he removes his hood, and Bruce Wayne shakes his head free of the straw…

“Oh, Red,” Harley Quinn said under her breath, passing the empty cell where Poison Ivy had previously been incarcerated, as she headed to lunch. All of her plants were undisturbed by the guards-it was as if they anticipated her rapid return, and wanted to keep things comfortable for her. And as long as Bats was still out there, her friend would likely head back soon. If only she could get out, and help Ivy avoid Batman.
The Joker laughed his usual, high pitched shrieking when Harley told him of her concerns at their usual table in the asylum. “Harley,” he said smoothly, “Don’t worry about the plant lady. She can take care of herself,” his voice dropped to a menacing tone. “Besides, you need to worry about our plan.” He smiled. “We have a meeting with our buyer tonight. And with Ivy keeping the Bat busy, he won’t be able to interfere with us.”
The Joker burst out with another splurge of laughter, and Harley sighed, looking at him forlornly. “Oh, Puddin…” he murmured, worried deeply about her friend.
