Popsicle recipes

I'm getting a Zoku popsicle maker for a friend who lives in Ireland and is in serious need for some comfort from home. There are some really cool recipes in there for funky popsicles but she also needs some tried and true favorites, specifically fudgesicles. Any ideas? One friend thought that maybe chocolate pudding mix might work. Other ideas that ( Read more... )

My favorite remains a bunch of pureed fruit with a bit of honey. And then just let your imagination go wild.

i seem to remember having come across a good recipe for recreating fudgsicles - i bet google would help her just fine. :D

It's kind of like an ice cream maker-- you just freeze the mold and then it works? But I think that I remember someone saying that they had converters since they bring things over from here.
