It pays a doublewide mobile home (aka trailer), with all utilities paid, to live in and $10 an hour for vacuuming and mopping once a week, mowing the grass in the summer, and collecting rent at the end of the month. Other than that, you are simply on call for emergencies, and you can invent all sorts of other kinds of cleanup and improvements to collect some extra cash. The manager before us actually only put in 36 hours last month... so you can skate by I guess if you wanted... but I plan on being a little more proactive.

So, not that you've listened to anything I've said since "trailer"... (it even comes nicely equipped with whitetrash furniture....)

Bwahahaha

(we're most excited about free rent and utilities, having a W/D, and not having to fight for parking cause no one messes with us bc we're the managers, hehe.)

Homes, Jobs, and my good word.... edubya April 8 2005, 17:50:17 UTC
He called and asked you if your would be a good resident manager. of course I said "no, of course not... I mean, if you would have seen his room back at Pinnacle Cir!" Haha. Good luck with the crackheads, etc. BTW... I also got a call from the Chevy dealer. Actually he left a message wanting to talk to me about you. I guess you need to tell me if you plan on keeping this job longer than the last mechanic one... ;-) Let me know and I'll give you a recommendation.

I definately am planning on keeping this one longer than the last one. I need this job to replace that one and to support my crack habit over the summer. Hello, mcfly? Heh, sure, and I plan on making this job my fulltime summer job. Unless I get something else.. but I need an automotive job.
