Unproductivity is rampant. Have work, alot of work, none getting done. Did tidy the room a bit and sent two of the three emails I need to send. Need to go to bed. Have to be in the lab at 10 to play with soil samples from the sand dunes.

Am good, no work, kind of bored. Enyoying the long evenings. Managed to hit the target at 50 yards. Spending spree has stopped. Light fall/spring coat check, pretty v necked top check, wool and angora sweater check.

Thats about it.

Was procrastinating when I realized I have classes all tomorrow afternoon so procrastination is a no can do. So actually getting the Palaeo report done happened. Luckily it was just a matter of typing up all the notes I took before the break. All the series notes ar typed up and sea level curves have been created. Had an alright day despite the lousy start. Managed to find two foramifera during my palaeo practical which I'll get to see under an electron microscope next week which is exciting. Was nice to actually find some after how crap I was last session. Seem to have got my biology courses for next year sorted, though I wish they'd tell us a head of time ( Read more... )

I had a good day yesterday jetlag wise and I thought hey maybe I'm in the clear, that good night's sleep did the trick. Boy was I wrong.

I was going through some old posts from when I first started using lj and came across this quiz that I did about fours years ago and just on a lark I decided to do it again and see how I scored.

I hate the jetlag associated with flying back to uni. The flight I take leaves at 6 in the evening and lands at 5 in the morning British time but because of the 5 hour time difference, it only feels like midnight so when usually I would be falling asleep, I'm expected to be awake and alert.
