gas - depends on your square footage. but to help you with your estimate, my place is almost 1000 sf, and during the summer, i pay about $40/month in gas (my heat is gas powered too). during the winter months, it can be up to $200. the amount of hot water you use will also affect this bill.

electric - $20 winter, $35 summer (i have a/c). please keep in mind i live alone, and i microwave about 75% of my meals.

trash - for a condo complex of 8 units, our dumpster gets emptied for $37/mo.

water/sewer - my share is roughly $27. the City of Fort Collins Utilities will likely lump this in with your electric bill (if you'll still be living in town).

hired lawn care - i estimate $50-$100/mo. best to do it yourself.

also, i believe there is a 2-bedroom condo vacant in my complex (about 1.5 miles from Whole Foods), but i don't know if they're renting, or trying to sell it outright. pets are generally allowed, depending on the landlord.
