Suzaku couldn't believe the unfairnes of it all. Not only was his Lelouch miles and miles away, but he couldn't talk to him in his dreams at all.

While this Suzaku, who'd once been in the exact same position as him was now living with Lelouch (and all that entailed) and they even dreamed together because of this stupid magical bond they shared because they were together and it wasn't fair.

Also, they were wholely unsympathetic.

"You can't age any faster than you are, so there isn't much you can do about it." Lelouch seemed somewhat sensitive, but that didn't stop him from practically fondling the Suzaku who was sitting in his lap

Well, snapshots ability to dream its way into other universes is pretty good too.

(Also, Snapshots!Suzaku might be exaggerating their level of intimacy somewhat. He's an unreliable narrator when it comes to things like that - a fairly sweet kiss would probably be enough to ignight his hormones right about now.)

When Shouri had decided to investigate the gangs in Tokyo, he hadn't really expected giant, monstrous, rampaging humanoids. But it wasn't like this was the weirdest thing he'd seen after that one soldier's marriage to a sand bear, so he took it in stride as much as he could, capturing it in a fist of water and then wondering what the heck to do with it.

The two young men who came racing around the corner didn't really help his mood.

The taller one just took in the sight of the monster in Shouri's water fist and nodded slightly. "Impressive."

His companion was a little more verbose. "Hey, that's our guy! You give him back right now!"

HI, very cool. Sorry for the delay in responding, I went away for camping for a couple of days and then I missed this for another before I found it in the dangerously unsorted placed called my inbox.

I would never of thought of Shori being involved with this universe, but then again, it's obvious he is the Earth Maou. (poor Shori, why must I keep forgetting you).

I think I might have to read Wild Adapter too, I have the first volumes on my shelf.

I always forget Shouri too! The original plan included Murata, but I couldn't figure out why he'd be there.
