It was just brilliant, wasn't it? It was really good to see the "old crew". You can see they had a great time putting it all together!

I've managed to watch the Day of the Doctor five times now...on TV at 3.50am, movie theatre at 4.00pm, TV at 7.30pm (yesterday). I watched on my computer this afternoon (I'd recorded it the night before) and then watched it again on TV at 7.30pm tonight. Not obsessed. Much. :)

I recorded it too and have just finished downloading it and cutting the commercials for friends who didn't get to see it (we had a gathering going on on Saturday night). I must say it's one of the better episodes they've ever done. I was very pleased. :)

We're very fortunate that it was broadcast on our "National" TV station - no commercials!

As usual, I was alone with my viewing. My husband isn't a fan. (The other night, I was trying to point out the significance of who the Curator was to him, but he'd gone to sleep in his chair...)

I really enjoyed it (as indicated above - I wouldn't watch something I didn't like so many times!). It catered well for the fans, as well as setting up the story for the future. Loved the final "dream" shot.

...or something. :D I haven't had a chance to see the Special, but I know the BBC were in my village filming Brian who worked in sound effects for the original Dr Who and devised the noise for the tardis :) :)

And a happy birthday for today :) I posted your card very early because I was working away and knew I'd have limited time to get to the post office. I'm working away over my birthday, but I'm already planning next years ;) :D

I watched that last night and it's very funny! I watched right after seeing the ten o'clock showing to the Doctor Who film. It was a great night and now I want to just sit down and re-watch all of the Doctor Who I can find. : )

I need to make an icon...
