Finite Math

Ok, before I make a complete ass out of myself on Friday...what _exactly_ is finite math? I'm listed as a tutor for Algebra and the like, which I can do in my sleep. I don't remember enough calculus to fill a thimble. The tutoring company didn't give me any information, and I just talked to this guy. He says the words finite math, and I start

I can do some finite math. You can do finite math. It was called discrete math when I learned it. Which is the math of things that can be counted. Really...if you remember algebra through trig...and that ITTLE BITTLE of precalc that works with functions...I think you'll have it. If you're confident in your ability to do all the math you'd do in a bank...including calculating interest...etc. And looking at sine waves.
